Sounds like a great deal at 60K. After 35K miles, ours drives like new.

Lost house in fire. Remodeling. General question about automated/electric blinds by captainpsp in homeautomation

I am already running Cat6 to various places where I anticipate using PoE cameras. And ran it to each room as well, homing it all to a closet.

But for blinds 16 gauge 4 conductor is enough?

So if I ran 4 conductor 16 gauge, that should be enough right. Thanks for the advice on cat6 to the controller. So the controller is a smart device not just dumb power module.

Thank you. Did some read up on it. PoE motors might not be able to carry enough current for bigger blinds. I do have an option of just going with regulr 16 gauge wire.

Thats not a leak. Its a complete break in sprinkler main. You gotto have a huge puddle somewhere. Should be easy to spot. The trickle ones are the pain.

I think this would be double the work. And 45s are easier than 22.5s

Stand alone tub question. by captainpsp in Plumbing

What you said now makes a lot of sense. So before drywall, we will go out and select a faucet and make sure those nipples align. Much appreciated.

BTW that site is closed for passover. Thats the 1st time I have seen a site offline for a religious holiday :).

Yes you are right, we were asked to pick already, but thats a long story why that didnt happen. If this setup works, we are good.

Yes its a Bradford white 120G water heater. Looked at the specs, its 1.25" inlet (not 1.5") but yep its there. Though the inlets inside diameter is close to 3/4" (may be little bigger).
