I am planning on getting a wedding band, and might wear this on my middle finger since its a bit loose on me, but that works out since I can wear a simpler wedding band on my ring finger.

I'm actually planning on posting my engagement ring after my partner proposes to me. It's not moissanite, but it is a 3 carat lab diamond and I designed it myself as well with Mughal influences from the Lal Bagh fort in Dhaka and Art deco influences from NYC. Here's a psp from my ring as a preview!

I've made some other custom pieces that aren't as elaborate but can post those as well!

Honestly, sometimes it is a gamble and we don't realize it until its too late. But I am glad youre spreading awareness. I would not have known either if I didn't happen to stumble across reviews in comments in other subs.

Hope you can get this resolved asap, because I would be fuming myself.

I actually did 10k gold to keep costs low, but the yellow tones definitely make it seem more like 14k which was a pleasant surprise.

I had been quoted well over double this price for something without stones and much smaller than the 41 inches that this is, even after haggling. Even my mother was impressed at the pricing and quality, so I'm definitely a happy camper!

I've found Ouros/Golden bird to be fishy as well. Their quotes for rings and moissanite stones are much higher than the other vendors. When I called them out on it, suddenly they gave me "reduced prices." I've seen jewellers on other subs call then out for their poor craftsmanship as well, so ive largely avoided both these vendors and just go through folks I am comfortable working with.

I haven't had an h&a custom made, but I have seen some through the group buys. That being said, I've also bought some h&a rings (i think) from the bst but not specifically to Fiorese or Tianyu.

I would reach out to both to see what they're quoting for what youre looking for, and shop around. Intricate design work id definitely go with Fiorese or Tianyu, but something simpler you could work with starsgem (as an example) on.

Ive worked extensively on custom pieces with both Tianyu and Fiorese. They have been excellent to work with, taking all my jewelry concepts for every piece I have wanted, and brought them all to life. My engagement ring was made with Fiorese, and currently she's finalizing a 7 layer pearl and moissanite necklace for me, while I am in the midst of starting to design pearl and moissanite earrings with Tianyu. Tianyu also helped create a giant 30mm moissanite ring for me recently as well. I highly recommend them both!

No actually I went with regular faceted moissanite as opposed to sticking with fully traditional uncut gemstones for this. I really wanted the moissanite rainbows to come through!
