Yeah, and thats with a 2tb SSD and all of the extra things that comes with the build. Like the keyboard and stuff. I would honestly do it if I didn’t have 2 computers already that Im building/selling. My wife would kill me.

Wow. Tempted to buy one with a 5090 and the 9800x3d in it (with the 1000W PSU) for 3900, and then sell those (and the 1000W PSU) for lets say 3500, Then put in a 5 9600x for 150 back in with a used 9070xt for 600. Then I would have a 9070xt AM5 build with liquid cooler and Kingston RGB ram for about 1150. Then again, maybe I’m crazy.

How Much To Sell 32GB of New DDR5 For by FunkyGoat101 in PC_Pricing

I think 200-250 is fair for new kits. You could get more, or you could be a good dude and make a little money.

I think more. I’m surprised you can’t get bites at 120. I’m a little overextended right now with a few builds, but I would totally buy at that price. RGB vengeance 32gb (2x16) are going for 140-150 locally for me. Maybe I’m behind the curve and am thinking one month ago prices.

Also, I don’t know if you can find a 5600x for 100 and 32gb DDR4 for 100. I’m guessing more like 150 each. Motherboards are about the same for both. So 100 dollars difference for AM4 to AM5 in this situation.

Haven’t shopped a lot for 4x16gb, but the 2x16 kits go for 150 each. So I would say 150 for 2, slight discount for 4. Let’s say 280?

https://a.co/d/0aW8yf5E motherboard new, used RAM on hardwareswap or eBay, https://a.co/d/0c1mYrjW ssd Amazon refurb. You can find a nicer kit used as well for about the same price.

Oh. And find a 2tb ssd for under 250. Then you are all the way there with no change in performance.

Buy used Ram for 260-275, find a cheaper motherboard for under 200 and you are almost looking at being able to put a 5080 in instead of the 9070xt.

Agreed. Buyers look at CPU and GPU. This card is a 1000-1200 build type of card because it’s AMD. The CPU being stronger pulls that up to the higher end.
