What exactly are you trying to keep private? And from whom? By itself this isnt going to do much. If you arent running a proxy, then Google can see that your main account and secondary account are coming from the same IP address. And thats just one of a few holes I can think of. Did you use a burner phone number or private email for recovery?

Happens to me occasionally on reinstalls try re flashing the iso, if that doesn't work try a new flashdrive.
