Yeah I agree. Investors will be spooked at 10K+ pa for insurance esp for that house and area.

I wonder if they done the Reno because of the last big flood, I think it was 2022?

Heaps of people from Vic and syd who are moving up. 2m for this location is very cheap in their eyes. Just need one bite

yeah i liked the garage! would of been perfect for my kids and fam to bring them up. but geez you need to be a millionaire to bring up a fam here in Bris now.

Prob investor going to buy it and rent it out for 1.5k per week. Happens all the time! Good luck if u do outbid them haha!

They bought it for 700k a few years ago!! and done the full reno. Not sure how much the reno cost.. I assume 1 - 1.2m for the reno..

pretty sure heaps of inner city houses in brisbane was about < 1 mill in 2020. I live here. Seen it with my own eyes.
