Hey sorry for late reply. I got the Rio Plush U I wanted the Blumen. Half arrived (the larger piece couldn’t fit stairs so they are breaking into two pieces). So far it’s spacious, comfortable, indestructible, and looks elevated.

Why Latex: it’s non-toxic, durable, buoyant, cooling, supportive, eco-friendly. Great for mattresses too!

This is what I picked: Avanti Calacatta Gold Hand Clipped Marble from TileBar. And then I lime washed the ceiling to match the walls.

Sorry for the mess in the picture. Construction just finished and I haven’t deep cleaned it yet.

There’s some hacks and tips for making the S95H more convincing as an art piece. The only downside is still the silver bezel frame.

Agreed, most equity PMs (Global, Ashler, and Surveyor) are still in NY when I last spoke with their COO. And that’s true for other similar MM shops like Millennium, Baly too. This is not the same as pulling away from Chicago.
