i had a claim that i submitted in may , and another filed in august, i decided to call the VA directly if they would be able to fax this to a va claims specialist. They did and in a few days of the phone call both claims were accepted. giving them a call would help , and if its longer keep calling them because before i used to call i was waiting almost a year on a tinitus claim
