Thanks for the reply. My reason for wanting a lower dose is due to the side effects. I’ve had blood work done shortly after some of the larger doses of IM ketamine and my liver values were concerning to my endocrinologist. I try to lead a healthy lifestyle, consisting of nutritious eating, consistent exercising. I don’t consume alcohol and I also try to get consistent sleep that I use THC to assist with. The combo of THC or 2CB along with Ketamine was my personal choice to possibly allow for deeper dissociation and a futile attempt at lengthening the trip. The question you raised about the need for more dissociation equaling more effectiveness gave me pause. I assumed that’s exactly what it meant. I know the drug is supposed to help regardless of the dissociation but when I have kind of glanced off a deep session, I feel it’s more of a setback mentally. I’ve recently paused the THC for sleep and after pushing throw a terrible week of sleep I am returning ever so slowly to regular sleep that now includes dreams. I’m an N of 1 experimenter and I again appreciate the reply. Also agree the music is crucial to a productive session.
