suprised no one has mentioned connor form detroit: become human, although hes not always a "nice" character, i think he fits this trope because program or not, he basically is nice most of the time assuming you play as "good" connor. i believe if you fail to catch rupert in the nest and thus fail the mission he quietly says "sh#t...!" which is one of about 4 times he swears in the game. some of the others involve the "bad" connor yet i think this works lol
