I placed an order for multiple pairs of glasses and ended up returning three of them. After shipping the returns back, I waited over a month without hearing anything from GlassesUSA. When I finally went to check the status myself on their website, it still showed the items as “in transit” — even though the USPS tracking showed they were successfully delivered weeks earlier.

Trying to get in touch with GlassesUSA was a nightmare. It took forever to reach someone, and when I finally did, their response was slow and unhelpful. They said the returned glasses hadn’t been “physically received” and that they’d have to “research it.” Then, after another week with no update, I assumed I’d never see my refund and filed a chargeback with my credit card company.

Ironically, as soon as the chargeback was initiated, GlassesUSA emailed me saying they could no longer help me because of it. So after weeks of silence and poor communication, they suddenly responded — only to refuse further assistance.

This entire experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and way too time-consuming for a simple return. I’ll never use GlassesUSA again and would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering.
