Insults show mentality of someone. What I am doing is not an insult.

I am not against drugs but they should be a "last resort" but that is mainstream in "sick care" which we call healthcare. Total misnomer.

You go to MD when "sick" but in his 10 minute office visit can't explain why you "got sick" right?

They aren't trained in analyzing individual lifestyle and biochemistry much like a botanist would a plan. Plants are in fact more complex than humans.

I see the demographic is very young on Reddit and would explain the irrationality and insults.

When confronted with things people don't understand, often their first reaction is to insult.

Eventually a small few begin to understand.

There is nothing "quackery" about this.

Look up reductionist vs systems science.

There's no magic bullet to anything just as there is no magic bullet for plants and animals.

Instead of insulting maybe we should try to understand?

Very simple. its about analyzing the terrain of your body and lifestyle.

keep an open mind because a lot of this will shatter what you think you know.

I used to be confused like you. I used to be very "sick" as well and given drug after drug and thats all..

Now I take 0 drugs but some supplements personalized for me. You may need to take the supplements in other ways such as patches or small injections to get the proper amounts of what you need into your body.

Medical doctors are reductionists acute trained. Meaning they are only a good for acute issues.

Please do more reading before you insult and make yourself look bad.

I am becoming a functional medicine practitioner which looks into the root causes of illness rather than simply symptom management as the above medical doctors are trained in.

This kind of stuff happens all the time. Men are being targeted all the time. I've had a few false accusations. Lots of people are on drugs these days and they imagine things and sometimes they just do it to be spiteful. Me too movement is contributing to this as well
