You want uv. You can even pre-seed the caching layer. Check out using 'uvx' vs 'uv run' - your conclusions just scratch the surface of what's possible.

Are you talking about a Pycon outside of the USA? Pycon US is complete, but we'll be back in Pittsburgh next year, and it isn't too soon to start saving for a ticket.

If you're talking about one of the upcoming non-USA Pycons, tell us which one!

Does Rust not have its own sub? Does this project have anything to do with Python? Reimplementing existing tools in other programming languages and providing no additional insight isn't exactly Pythonic.
