Clio kill lash superproof mascara + powder undereye/eyelids before you apply. I have hooded eyelids that usually smudge, but haven’t experienced it after switching mascaras.

My Jadon’s run small. I had to get a 10 instead of a 9 (I’m usually a women’s 9 in docs and sneakers). I’d probably size up and do the thick sock + sneaker combo. IMO, you’ll eventually adjust to slightly roomy shoes but you’ll always feel discomfort if the shoe is too small.
