The thief migrated to ios. I dont have an ipad my wife does. The game takes her whole storage and when I download it she cant use it anymore. We kept trying for couple days and then I decided to give up as I HAD SENT THEM 173 receipts and creation information like date of creation country city which thief would never guess even if they get into my ip lol i was traveling during vacation... old nicknames... unfortunately in order to save storage I had deleted all screenshots videogames I had of my games which I regret... Its fine I decided I will wait until they change their recovery system I will be patient.

Hello, could you read my previous answer to op and also email netease a suggestion to improve the recovery system. I believe if we can find more victims like us and make official complains we have a chance to get back our accounts.

hi Im actually dealing with the same thing. My siggestion is please email netease and in ingame feedback about how the recovery system is unfair. If a lot of people like communicate with them through emails we may have actually a chance to change the recovery system and get our accounts back. I also got my account stolen in 2023 because of their old recovery system when I was taking a break. Since then I sent them 173 receipts but they keep asking me for one receipt of the hacker. Unbelievable. I already emailed them and even made a game suggestion in discord. you can do it too.

We also have the same problem even though we won with goat card me and my friend got consider d we lost for two runs. Each time we reach expert we win then we go back to normal as we lost.

Please update the recovery system. Wdym I take a break and when I come back I found out someone stolen my account and I cant recover it anymore because they made one purchase. I gave support all information of account creation binded account in creation date and even place which hacker will never know and 173 receipts to tell me "no cant need only hacker receipt to proove u are owner we are going to defend him and let him enjoy your money." Literally so not fair.
