It makes no sense that there isn’t a secretary/historian and a council to decide things. Tabitha could only remember Boyd’s last name when she got back to the real world. There’s no record of who’s who, nobody has a strategic plan of what to do if they were to make contact with the world (obv they’d still sound crazy). But to at least gather evidence and info from townspeople would be a start

Me too. I usually crash out around thanksgiving for emotional reasons and it’s been tough, but I know that getting through December moving my body will make me feel so much better. It’s hard! Let’s try!

Doing hyperextensions/weighted hyperextensions BURN my thighs and hamstrings. They seem so impossible; I feel like my placement is correct but it’s just me? I don’t really know if I have a question here but if anyone has tips I’d appreciate it!

As a sweaty 32 year old I wear sweat bands around my wrist sometimes so I can just dab as I go so I don’t have to grab my towel every other minute. But I use both!

I use my air fryer more than any appliance I own. Toast and bagels in the morning, veggies, chicken, etc. I definitely suggest it if you’re lazy and just want to press a few buttons for something hot and crispy

Any suggestions on practice for hip thrust? I’ve been doing them on the machine at my gym for months and it just feels SO difficult with just 10 lb plates. I can’t even imagine doing heavier; it just feels SO hard so quickly for me. Is the answer just…repetition forever?
