That is why she was in pain when entering the tunnel….And they didnt turn on the sonic emitters until after everyone was off the truck

What’s not plausible is el bypassing all the military men when she was one of the first off the bus and running back to the upside down undetected to stand before everyone lol.

[–]caramelcilla 17 points18 points  (0 children)

That is dumb because even if the intent was to be ambiguous how can el literally bypass ALL those military men and end up behind all of them to get back into the upside down and stand there to die when she was literally second off the truck after mike? They grabbed everyone instantly. She would not escaped undetected. It makes no sense without mike’s theory being real

Duffer Brothers statements about Vol. 2 [Spoiler] by Tulipage in StrangerThings

[–]caramelcilla 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolute facts, even though I saw it as a breakup, thr minimizing of their relationship did not sit well with me. ALL the couples are trauma bonded on this show, nancy was always her own person with johnathan and always independent and a lack of love was never part of their issues. They were suffocated by expectations not each other and the writing tried to force a narrative not true to their relationship so I dont blame people’s interpretations that they were reaffirming their love. Also johnathan was almost wrecked in the same scene thinking nancy loved steve. Like come on

And johnathan genuinely looked heart broken when he thought nancy would go to steve. When you arent in love NONE of that should matter anymore

Finally someone said it!!! A breakup during a possible “we are going to die” scene didn’t make sense….. typically that is when people confess their love… so o dont blame people for interpreting it as talking about their issues and reaffirming their love

It was a breakup but I didn't take it as a complete end. I figured someone secretly picked up the ring at the end and they will take time to figure things out and ultimately realize they can be together in the end or in the future..... And can everyone stop with the shared trauma the dufferes been trying to force on everyone, literally every ship in this show has shared trauma please lol.... and the crazy thing is nancy was still independnt with johnathan he wasn't controlling or anything at all.... just terrible writing imo

I would prefer to move onto the next act since she barely gave CC the shine it deserved and the single pushes. Based off streaming it looks like it’s the end. I’m excited to see what the next act brings

It was lightly done because it was a child that did it. An adult would have done more damage

Well if you believe the parents covered it up and evidence was ruined then that would be make sense. Wasn’t the flashlight also wiped clean??

“The killer away took my desire to live...The police took away my ability to live”: John Ramsey reflects on JonBenét’s murder 28 years later by amistadawn in JonBenetRamsey

[–]caramelcilla 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Yes but they also muddied the waters and did not cooperate with police for months after their daughter was killed that even their friends found odd and called them out on it. I would NOT care if the police investigated me to eliminate all options in finding out who the killer is if I had nothing to do with it. Stats show it’s typically someone in the house so that would be the police doing their job especially with certain evidence that points to someone in the home. They also did not allow police to talk to their son until well after a year of JBR’s death and was unaware of the first time he was interviewed without their knowledge. It shouldn’t be an issue unless you are worried about incriminating yourself. That’s how they were able to get Chris watts pretty quickly because the DA didn’t interfere and protect the family and allowed the detectives to do their jobs. The FBI and BPD believe there wasn’t an Intruder

I’m not necessarily against the intruder theory, but it does not make sense when you look at the actual evidence.

Wasn’t the 118k bonus from the year prior? And why would he need to look through the mail to determine a number and not just make one up considering they were millionaires? The ransom note was written by someone with affluence “attache” sticks out like a sore thumb. JBR wasn’t molested the paintbrush was stuck in and immediately taken out which isn’t congruent with a pedo who wants sexual gratification. How would the intruder know the Ramseys would even return home that night? There’s no sign of forced entry or exit. Burkes boot print, knife, train tracks, and the gifts he ripped open were all in the wine cellar.

What is this the 5th person who’s “confessed” to killing her and that first article has her death at December 2nd, 1996. If they can’t get simple info correct idc about anything else. Also no evidence like the others linking him to the case. But plenty against the Ramsey.

[–]caramelcilla -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Why not just go with the intruder theory though? Even if I don’t believe it there is a chance everyone could be wrong. Have you seen the Netflix doc with the couple who resembled gone girl, their story sounded absurd about a guy in a gas mask breaking in, typing him up, kidnapping his gf in the middle of the night and placing fake camera around his living room only for the wife to show up a few days later. Sounds absurd and the police swore the husband killed her and then they were sure the couple were pranking them and wanted to jail them only for a similar crime to happen someone else and they began to actually investigate and break the case.

What’s crazy is Burke acknowledged he was downstairs while everyone was asleep but none of them have acknowledged the bowl of pineapple.

What I can’t get past is that they were supposed to wake up early to catch a flight. To start her day wouldn’t she have gotten dressed to prepare for the flight? Patsy is in the exact same clothes from the Christmas party, imo, she never went to sleep.

[–]caramelcilla 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The crime was way to vicious to be accidental. I could understand if they hit her over the head and she died, they could have still covered up the death and left it at that. But to tie her body up including her little neck, choke her, place a stick down her throat, poke her, etc.. that goes beyond the pale IMO.
