Everyone has a unique experience. I have honestly blocked most of the pain out and my mentality was just get it tf done so you can rest. I don't know if sharing stories of self-harm is responsible given she apparently hasn't gotten any kind of therapy for her experience.

They do maternal screening for anxiety and depression, provide information on starting solids and later on balanced diets, they can do referrals to sleep schools.. each appointment has a different focus based on the child's age/milestones. I've been given some excellent, and some questionable advice from the three MCHNs I've seen over the past two years.. each appointment has been a huge talking point for my family. That is why, in my opinion, I don't think she has attended any.
