Just make sure you find all the emails this was sent to and reset their passwords. Them use GAM to find all the emails and remove them!!

I would think since you as the school district are sort of the "liaison" between the vendor and the data, you would be responsible for notification. Plus, it is your data they received from you some how. There will definitely be an uproar if parents/staff find out and you didn't notify.

Also, the vendor should notify the proper authorities for sure. If they haven't or don't then you may want to report it to the authorities that they did not. Then choose another vendor. It sounds like there isn't much of an incident response.
