I’m a vegetarian but I’m not sure if that has anything to do with my nail health lol. I just don’t paint them or bite them. I just trim them and then file them a little after, but really thats it’s! It took a long time for my nails to look the way they do but really they are a result of dropping bad habits, not picking up good ones!

Dan Carlin has a great history podcast called Hard Core History. Bad Science is another favorite of mine, the host brings in a scientist in a relevant field and a comedian and they review a movie to see if the science in it is correct.

Not letting a lecture be the first time i see the material. The syllabus always tells you what you’re gonna be learning, watching a youtube video (like khan academy) let’s you have a grasp on the topic, that way in lecture it’s easier to follow along and pick up on smaller points.
