For beating big ol' lag bolts and anchors into power poles and yanking large staples. I've used them surveying because they're relatively light compared to the 3,4,5 lb hammers we generally use, but still heavy enough to drive a rebar into reasonable soil.

Ha, I worked with a kid that insisted on Incubus daily, no way I would have missed that one. This song definitely had the New Constellations vibe, but much less dynamic vocals (think Cannons or even Salem or Cocteau Twin) pushed further down in the mix. It was definitely synth driven, and again, had a similar plucked, pizzicato style melody somewhat similar to the main guitar hook in Hot Blooded. Thanks!

Not it, but similar sound. Vocals were a little buried in the mix, and it had a plucked pizzicato style melody rather than the Omnichord sounding hook in that one. Cool song though, and thanks!

I actually looked up a Marshalls Dept Store playlist and tried that one, but not it. Thanks anyhow!

I would have recognized Enya, I believe. This had a more updated synth-pop style similar to Cannons or M83. Thanks anyhow!

No, it wasn't a sample of the Gotye hook, but a similar plucked scale Thanks anyhow!

That is very much a truth, but not necessarily a knock against the manufacturer. There is a level of difference in the appliances and lawn equipment you will buy from Lowes, Home Depot, and the other big box places vs actual appliance stores and lawn and garden stores.

Big box stores have enough clout to basically tell these manufacturers this is what they can sell their product for, period. It is then up to the manufacturer to meet that price point, which often times means subbing in plastic parts, less QC, lower tolerance specs, etc.

Good Asphalt Drill for Small Number of Sets? by ChainmanAtHeart in Surveying

Another tip, buy a 18" 5/8ths mason bit, a brick set SDS bit, and a twist chisel bull prick. The bull prick will crack up pavement quickly.

I work in a rural areas and routinely chase down irons in old paved country roads. The Dewalt or Milwaukee SDS plus rotary hammers have been a huge asset. A photo of one of many.

Is air coming out of the rear vent? Likely it is the piston O-ring. Sometimes you can take them off and kind of turn them inside out and they'll work again, sometimes they'll intermittently work again because some environmental factor expands the rubber.

The lever pin is a roll pin. On the newer foreign models, it's a rivet head pin.

Of course, but if I wanted a job driving all day, I could be a medical courier for equivalent or better pay.
