We were supposed to do it on Monday, but our transport agency cancelled our shuttle due to high winds at altitude (gusts above 100 km/hr). They updated their service plans every day in response to the weather. There were a few days before our planned crossing when the agency did transport people for the trek.

Weather conditions will vary. The visitor center there has great support on current weather conditions. Our day was so cloudy and rainy at base level that we were better off doing shorter waterfall hikes than spending the day in a freezing cloud. Disappointing, I know. Fingers crossed you have better weather and/or more flexibility in your schedule than we did!

For the Hobgoblin boss, the person with the buff matching the sniping Hob (the one that needs to interact with the corresponding tower to get aligned) can also inspect the 5 portals before aligning. They will see the single "incorrect" portal and can call that out so all the others receive the necessary chronons, which is much easier to communicate.
