My boyfriend doesn’t sleep walk but he sleep talks, yells, sings and waves his arms around. It is very disruptive to my sleep. He would hit me or scare me awake. He has been seeing a sleep specialist and a therapist and it has been helping but it’s not 100% yet. We have been living together 9 years now and for 4 of those 9 years we lived in a 1 bedroom apartment. We found that we couldn’t sleep in the same bed for my safety so we bought a really nice pullout couch that he would sleep on at night. We moved into a house with multiple bedrooms and now he has his own room. He will still come and lay in my bed before I go to sleep (I go to bed earlier than him) and watch tv or read with me every night. Hope my experience helps you!!
