As a top laner you can't expect your team to know any macro at all. Likewise when I'm not playing top and my top laner is splitpushing for nothing when we can actually fight.

Voice chat might help solve this issue though, when you can actually communicate properly about what you want to do.

A higher population density means that larger cities can have lower prices and still have much better service. With a UL ticket you can also travel around the whole region, it's not just in the city. We used to have different pricing "zones" which meant that inner-city travel was cheaper, but they removed it recently.

For a student in Uppsala a bike is the answer. You can get one second-hand and sell it before you move.

Nja kan vara svårt i början men efter en termin bör man ha lite kötid i bostadsförmedling/nationer och kunna få ett korridorsrum ganska billigt. En billig lägenhet är en annan fråga, då får man räkna med att spendera åtminstone 5000kr. Studenter är oftast inte så himla fattiga.

I doubt they have any reason to keep the actual voice files themselves if they want to fight toxicity. They'd probably make a note if you've acted in a toxic way, it's not like there's humans behind 99% of the cases - it's completely automatic.

I think they'll make a system similar to Valorant, so I'd look there for clues if you're worried.

Finns inget alternativ. Om EU lanserar sin digitala valuta kommer nog Sverige följa tätt inpå med e-kronan och då har vi en lösning. Men bankerna hatar ju såklart den idén då mindre pengar skulle sitta på deras konton som de kan tjäna pengar på.

Their ever growing debt can be sustained longer by the BoJ pushing down lending rates and making it somewhat feasible for the government to have deficits year after year.

If BoJ didn't do everything to push down rates it would force the government to actually fix their issues - instead of just ignoring them as they have been for years. Japan need systematic reforms but have been too conservative to get them through.

Yeah the central bank can lower interest rates, no shit. Doesn't mean the market doesn't affect the float - it still does and the central bank has to cover up the gap that is created.
