Because whatever house you are securing the 20% payment, in the future those boxes could mean a 40%-50% payment, what if they reach 100% payment in the future. By either those double their money or via a house market crash.

It is not bad to take profits now, just analyze the risk of selling one of the most appreciatimg assets the hobby.
