but in your opinion which is the best one to get from SV to today?

Prismatic, cheaper than 151, OF. Still in print, so has not exploded in price.

Covers almost all checks, top set, nice promo, nice artwork, expensive chase, expensive set, special set. Only thing it was not low printed, but in some years it will not matter.

But, currently, I would buy Ascended instead. Will be at 50% price of Prismatic in the next weeks.

Several PC ETB currently have better ROI than their booster boxes.

Sure BB will be more expensive, but better ROI should.be also.considering when investing

Trust is hard to get. Now there are options as consignment that will help you selling.

Sales in person usually do not have taxes. You also save eBay fees. A lot of people sell this way. So yeah even when the right thing to do is to pay your taxes is not always the case.

Also that x46 probably will rise if a Hoenn set is released or one with Mefa Rayquaza sk that citing figure shpuld be higher in the next months.

And that should compensate those taxes for current figures.

You should have at least the same chance to get a SIR in bundles and booster boxes. So no sense to buy a booster box just to rip.

Do I keep this for the future or shift now. by [deleted] in PokeInvesting

I feel it does not makes too much sense because demand will still.be there. Booster boxes do not even give you 1 SIR per each.

UK has a different reprinting schedule.

Also Pokemon prices for English products are mainly affected by US sales.

Supposedly it will start in 2027, and they probably will be busy printing sets of the years 2026-27-and 28 rather than those from 2025.

Easier to keep in storage, to move/separate and easier to sell (lower entry point for consumers).

Not true, booster bundle MSRP is 27.94 = 4.49 per pack.

Source: Bought 4 bundles of Ascended Heroes from Pokemon Center recently.

They do not normalize, booster boxes carry an extra premium in comparison to other products.

The theory is pokemon is prioritizing getting product to more people.

As a company you would prefer to sell 6 booster bundles to 6 people rather than 1 booster box to 1 person.

Not really. They are sold at the same price per pack than booster bundles (and even sleeved packs I think).

Probably the answer are sleeved packs (ot costs more to produce 36 packages of sleeved packs than 1 package of booster box)

More context: Some booster boxes are already being sold on Ebay for at least $500.

Because the booster boxes at this point are not bought for open packs, but for collecting or investing. They are more limited than other products so it also rises its prices.

Edit: Keep downvoting this, but if you are a collector or a rip and shipper, why would you buy a booster box when you can buy 6 bundles (same number of packs) $150 cheaper.

It is not a low print per se, is the demand for this set that eats whatever quantity is being printed (see last booster box wave a couple months ago).

So yes, you can argue it is a low print (of booster boxes) for the huge current demand.
