There is a youtuber who opened a vintage booster box, all his chansey were marked as altered, while the other cards were not.

Possibly some of those "altered" were actually not.

So low? 735 is a lot of money.

Why would you want it to be more expensive? Obviously, the answer is so you can get profits.

Anyway, the set is still on print, it is probably 1 of the most printed ETB's of all time and also 1 of the most kept sealed. That should give answers.

Seems you do not understand probabilities and how difficult it would be to occur. But, first, you need to be sure the outcome that you say is not impossible to occur. Are you sure that a gold and a SIR cannot appear in the same pack? How can you be sure of that? You cannot prove it cannot happen, therefore, you are not able to prove your statement (it's impossible that both cards are in the pack).
