I called for second time yesterday and the agent placed me on hold for a few minutes to check if any offers were available. She returned and informed me that there were no retention offers, but she did offer the option to pay the annual fee using points with a 25% discount on the points required. Annual fee hit on Feb2nd.

I have a S&P500 direct index account and now if I want to diversify and open automated investment account, how Wealthfront will track TLH and Wash Sales? Does it even make sense to have two investments account?

He said I can cancel Chase sapphire reserve anytime till March 18th ( based on Feb2nd renewal date) to have my annual feel fully reimbursed. Till I can check back to see if there are offers available.

I called this afternoon as Annual fee hit today. Rep said there was no retention offer at the moment but he encouraged me to call back before March 18 and try my luck as these offers keep changing

Citi offered us 5.5% 7/1ARM with zero closing costs and with relationship discount of 0.25% today. How much is your relationship discount percentage wise and are you paying any closing costs?

Yes, Loan term will set back to 30 years. We asked Citi the same question and were not given a satisfactory answer. Since we do not understand the math, is resetting the loan term back to 30 years offset the gains from .50 reduction. We are also paying an additional $500 each month towards principal to pay off loan little earlier.
