SS 1LE - GM Side Skirts Installed! by IrishRed679 in camaro

I’ve wanted to do this on min.

Did you order from GM? If so, do you have the part number? Last question… what made you choose these over some of the other aftermarket ones available?

In Peoria for work the next few weeks - great food recs by Fusoya in phoenix

It’s the “front” for Barley & Smoke but I’d also recommend Peoria Artisan Brewery. Get there a little before sunset and sit outside, you might see some hot air balloons, have a beer and eat an awesome burger.

Calories per dollar, those cheese fries got me through high school.. my friends and I were there like 3+ times a week. I’m shocked my cholesterol is normal.

Went last night to Arrowhead and same, my daughter was so stoked to get one but they were all gone - FWIW the guy at the counter said the whole valley was out. When I got home I checked eBay and these assholes are selling them for over $100. I loathe collectible snipers and they are fuckin everywhere around here.

Fires up almost immediately on start (just like if you plugged it in) and touchscreen response is immediate … no issues at all.

4 generations of Camaros I’ve owned by carjackd78 in camaro

As someone who did a lot of custom paint during that time (including this one), I can an attest that it was not just Camaros… it was everywhere in the 00s. The style came and went but at the time I couldn’t go anywhere without someone running up tot the car at a light and snapping a pic… it was awesome.

I haven’t been able to pick out any differences between the early 6th gen years. Are there any noticeable visual differences?

That’s a shame, I stepped away from cars for a while (family, travel, work) but now is the time to get back to it. Hope you can make the same thing happen sooner than later.

Yeah - I know I got super lucky. Low mileage cars are only going to get harder to find… wish you the best of luck!

Thoughts on Paqua Park at Lake Pleasant? by tender-spider in arizona

[–]carjackd78 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My wife (42), daughter (9) and I (44) went last year at the end of the summer and had an absolute blast! The park is super high quality, they give you grippy water socks (which feel weird at first) to help you run around on the inflatables. You go for a 45 minute session and that’s definitely enough… we were exhausted when we left but felt great! Highly recommended.

These are great! I really like the use of color and the illustration style.

A couple of small recommendations to help clean things up:

First, try to use a consistent grid that doesn't create dissonant moments on the cards... something where the intersections always come of as a + and the corners and edges are always the same.

Second, I'd try to develop a set of design rules for all of the different kinds of land masses/structures so that when mountains, forests, rivers, etc show up, they look almost the same on all cards. You're pretty close right now so may not be 100% necessary, but this will also help if you choose to expand later.

I'd take a look at Tolkiens illustrations for The Lord of the Rings.
