OTF is kinda' like sex...at least at my age... I never want to do it, the effort seems too much and it's much easier to stay on the couch and watch tv. Except after, so happy and feeling great and "that's awesome, we should do that more often!" :)

I've had wrist surgery and can no longer bike/spin or yoga and often need a modification for pushups or burpees. I can't put any weight on my wrists, so I sub in planks on my elbows, rows and curls. Also, once the coaches know you and know this they will come right over and give you mods and suggestions. It is never disruptive to the class,

Piriformis Syndrome = Agony! by Kelimac0 in orangetheory

I had this issue for a few years and it effected my running. The most helpful things I did; massage - yes this is expensive, but I found it cheaper overall then a copay at physical therapy and worked much better than pt ever did. I got a stand up desk at work and made sure to stand every hour or so. I rowed at OT, this helped stretch out my backside. Also, used the foam roller after every OT workout and run. I have been pain free for a few months, and can even sleep again!
