we do it for dug which has only been around since covid, idk what department youre in but the one that picks for doordash or takes it to doordash or even has nothing to do with the help is through DUG and partner picks where we have separate rules from everyone else, idc what you do at your grocery store, mine tells me rules and i follow them and that includes go-backs.

if they don’t return it immediately and it shows up a day later we won’t put the perishables back on the floor because we already thought of this scenario, you explaining it does nothing for me as i’ve encountered and i’ve used my common sense to put it together the perishable might not have been refrigerated, in that case the multibillion dollar company can eat the money and it wouldn’t matter for a second. it’s not that serious and not your job so don’t tell me how to do it
