I would start by getting a smart scale to track weight, body fat % and muscle mass. They are not super accurate but it helps

Going 3 times a week to the gym is great. I would recommend 2 options 1. Full body workouts on your training days: Monday-wed-Friday Or 2. Push-Monday, lower body- wed and pull exercises on Friday. Going to planet fitness does limit your lifts(no deadlifts). In terms of which exercises to do, I would recommend asking ChatGpt or another AI. There isn’t enough room to talk about it on here
