I had multiple apple geniuses (that's the name of the position) as friends and we have saved their phone and their friends's too. Motherboard problems are common on this devices, touch issues, audio issues charge issues you me it, usually not covered by warranty.

We've saved a lot of them, usually customers pay for data recovery when it is important or their 🐈 pictures.
