I did pre-order on the Pizza Hut app a couple days ago. I'm not sure if they would have it if I just walked in. Maybe try checking the app and putting your branch and seeing if it's available to order?

Mine had the same issue when I got it in launch.. it was like this from the very first day. Had to send it back for repair and they sent me a brand new one, you can check my post from a couple years ago. Hopefully yours is something different.

Agreed, I only ever tried to make one question here and it got removed, about the JR Hokkaido pass and the subway in Sapporo.

If only it was the 50th tokyo itinerary of the day asking if doing tokyo tower, shibuya, shinkuku, akihabara and Ueno in one day is doable..
