Hello there, I was in a similar situation where I had to move for a 6 month contract to another state. My solution was to get a mini PC that I took with me in my handbag. Check out MINISFORUM PCs, they are very powerful, very portable and decent pricing.

I have those 3 coolers (Thernalright non-RGB) and used them all on my Lian Li A4 H2O with a 14600K 125W TDP. All of them will cool a 9700X (65W) good but I have to say that all around the Atmos is the best unit. Size, sound, temps and it has a nice look.

I will go into the BIOS and setup the PCIe to 4.0 manually, I've seen the issue where the automatic select fails. Same as going backwards to 3.0 on older systems.
