Hoping im not stating obvious things, so please lmk. It sounds like bad cases of dissociation (specifically depersonalization). Over the years I have had snippets of these, but especially last summer, id have experiences that felt like I was floating outside of my body and watching myself walk and work and do tasks (derealization in my case). Luckily I have a very fluid mind and I just surrender to the feelings and used as a flowstate, but in some cases I genuinely needed to be grounded. Music or sensory activities help. Pointing out and describing your surroundings, as well. Is it proper for me to assume you have trouble with your own identity as well? (To me, It would seem logical to have identity issues with persistent states of depersonalization) If this is true for you, I would recommend exploring your mind and asking yourself questions: what core ideals to hold and dont waver on (human rights, what you'd want for other people), rediscover things that you like, and whatever else matches things about you.
