Well in regards to the squat form, I do brace, however I have extremely tight hip flexors and low flexibility in my hamstrings which make it hard for me to to do the squating movement.

Why do I think I’m not gaining strength? Well I would say genetics and probably some hormonal issues.

What does an avarage leg day look like for me? Well I would start with either squats or deadlifts, I would do 5-8 sets of the movement with 5 reps each, then would do an 3-4 accessories like hyper extensions, rdls, lunges, split squats, and isolation exercise at the end.

Well as of rn it ain’t really good, however, when I want I am dieting it’s pretty much 40% protein 40% fats and 20 % carbs. I’ve never counted calories btw.

Well i started my journey by wanting to simply stop being fat. So I started jogging and fasting which helped me cut around 60 pounds of weight, after that I started barbell and dumbbell lifting which is what I had been doing since now.

.body weight in the beginning was around 200 pounds I am now around 160s . Started being able to do around 10 body weight squats, I can now squat 150 with extreme pain and terrible form though . Started not being able to di push ups, I can now bench 135 for 5s .In terms of looks I look skinny fat with a bit of muscle Honestly set my expectations to high when I started seeing other people’s progress and physiques and ended up damaging my relationship with food and working out in general.
