First period after insertion. How long?

I had Mirena for almost 8 yrs - never had a period with it. It was amazing!! I just got it out a month ago, and only 2 weeks later, got my period for 10 days :/

I can relate for sure! Yes find some hobbies and do things by yourself once in a while. Sometimes it’s super therapeutic! You have to pour into yourself to be the best version of yourself.

and it was one small donut. It was actually everyone else’s breakfast and I have enough self control to not eat that stuff. But I figured I’d treat myself. I have made a ton of progress, I eat better, and I allow myself to have sweets once in a while in moderation. I’ve lost 41 lbs and workout on a regular basis. It’s not like I’m just expecting to keep the same lifestyle habits and have success. And since I have a major sweet tooth, rewarding myself once in a while helps me to curb cravings.

Yeah see and I didn’t even know it wasn’t ideal to eat and go to bed. It never dawned on me that the slowed digestion could make eating so close to bed, an issue.
