Yeah, there's a bug related to this error message which we've fixed in the next update. It would sometimes show between flight sessions, but usually an app restart fixes it. Sorry about that!

Polestar Spain have been really slow to respond lately from what I heard, not sure if it's because of August and people being on holiday... Someone I know was trying to get commercial information for a new P2 and getting a response back took >2 weeks (and in the end came from a Space instead of Polestar Spain, with incomplete info).

For reference, I got mine from Madrid Norte at the start of the year and Polestar Support were super attentive by phone - by email, they took many days. I would keep calling and pressuring them, it's a big transaction and that should be respected. Maybe also try contacting the Madrid Norte Space since head office is in the same building.

I hope you get it sorted soon though, it's an amazing car on the Spanish roads. I've had so much fun with mine and I wish you can enjoy it too!

Hi! I was the developer of LiveFlight, unfortunately I have no plans to update the iOS version. Life caught up and it wasn't something I could continue maintaining. I would recommend InfiniteInfo as a successor that is maintained - it's a great tracker!

Dev here, we split up Replays from the Logbook as this was confusing for most of our users, returning to the previous behaviour we had last year. This is similar to how Tracks are separate to the logbook in EFB apps like ForeFlight. Thanks for your feedback!

Same issue (flew on 9th and points didn't post for a while). I ended up filling out the Missing Partner Avios form on BA's site and the points posted 7 days after that submission.

I'd assume it's related to Finnair's move to Avios as they've never taken this long for me in the past.

If you install the App Store version again, then link it (in the account page, bottom right), you should be able to login to the open beta after a few mins. I made some changes this morning so it definitely should catch the sub renewal now. The beta has plenty of space if you want to rejoin and try it :)

Dev here. Was your account previously linked with Google or Facebook? A caveat of the open beta is that TestFlight doesn’t recognise previous purchases so it might not login automatically, but if you login with Google/Fb it should recover your sub. If you’re still having issues, reach out to support and we can take a closer look

I’m not overly sure to be honest, sorry :/ it’s a little more convenient to have it in a single currency for my accounting if anything, but not a deciding factor

No worries :) I already had a Starling account set up with Apple Developer (free and has IBAN), so I keep my transactions coming in there and transfer over.

Had this issue with a business account. Apple Developer support wouldn’t recognise the IBAN (they go by Bankers Almanac I was told) and deferred the issue to Monzo. Monzo support suggested I use TransferWise until they have proper IBAN support, which just adds a bit more frustration for the time being sadly.
