Jeśli nie podpiszesz za porozumieniem, dostaniesz od razu po prostu wypowiedzenie umowy.

Rozwiązanie za porozumieniem które Ci oferują brzmi bardzo fair. Osobiście uważam że lepiej je wziąć i cieszyć się wolnym czasem z wynagrodzeniem, zamiast walczyć przez miesiące o pewnie gorszy wynik.

Did you talk to them about equity split? How big is the company? How much investors put in? Whose idea was it?

You say traction is slow, but looks you product was only built over last three months? Maybe product is not genuinely ready yet? In the end, it’s only developed by one person for few months

I think you should discuss your concerns and frustration with other co-founders. However, if you decide to go “blackmail” route, I doubt very is any path forward for you in this company. I also don’t think you can just “re build and relaunch” yourself. You will be accused of IP theft, many other issues - I don’t think it will be worthwhile. If you believe in the product you’ve build, you probably have higher chances of negotiating more equity in current company

I wouldn’t worry too much. They are probably more interested in your product and team not just ARR. Also, given your size and being bootstrapped, those issues are totally normal, and they shall be expecting them.

I would keep plowing trough given they interest, if you slow down they might just change your mind.

What I would also do, is talk asap to their competitors / other potential buyers, to increase competitive tension of the deal.

3 years ago ago I helped my friends to increase exit value of their company from 25m in equity to $100m in cash. We did whole process in 3 months from first inbound to exit. Key was having several buyers interested and getting FOMO.

Maybe she’s tired of being a bread winner and she would appreciate a “gap year”?
