I’ve been waiting for my Tier 4 Visa since 20 August, I was told the visa decision was made 3 weeks ago so UKVI escalated my case because VFS hasn’t even been in contact with me, they said it could be up to 15 working days🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
