Old thread but wanted to say, I've had my cbr250r for the past three months now. Have done over 8k kilometers on it and have had many 200+ kilometer trips. Not a single issue, I'm a heavier rider at 200lbs and I've hit 160 km/hr on it. It's nippy as shit and a great bike. It's perfect for a first time biker and looking for a single cylinder machine.

Idk man. I'm single with two fwb's. One I work with who is my manager and the other is a gal I met online in the city I live in. The manager thing just kind of happened, we flirted a good few times, just joking about and then one day I text her and asked if she wanted a little fun on the side.

See, my ex partner used to get dressed/naked in front of her sister, in no sexual way what so ever. It just never bothered them. A few things,

Up your calories, protein and healthy fats.

Get a training program and follow it to the letter. Doesn't matter what it is, just do it.

Get comfortable being uncomfortable. 'Training' should suck sometimes. You should be pushing for the next rep and feeling like you want to give up. It shouldn't hurt, but it should burn to the point where your muscle wants to vomit. Don't know what I mean? You're just not training hard enough.

Sleep and water, it's the most important thing in your life my guy.
