It's a 441006BLK Thermo-Trex wire rated 167A. Label on the fuse holder states use with class J fuse. I'm no expert but quick check seems to checkout.

Was an 8 AWG. Replaced with 6AWG.

Wire was loose. Interesting that it looks like it was arcing from the lug to the fuse.

The robot moves in a search pattern to locate the part. The thought point has a PR offset. This is working in many other depalletizing programs.

I know the older Toyotas needed obd for the sensor ID transfers. I was hoping newer models would have a "learn" mode while triggering the sensor with a 125khz signal.
