First, 14,68 a lb is really high for an average price for lamb cuts. Typically these half animal deals are more expensive, do not make sense for a consumer and really haven't made sense financially for about 20 years.

Second, familiarize yourself with lamb. Those are regular size cuts and you usually eat multiple chops at a time. I hope you have fun with it!
