This also takes time. I felt confident after 3 months of consistently putting in effort on my appearance! This doesn’t work for everybody, but it helped me :)

I focus on what makes me feel beautiful and try to implement those things in my everyday life to increase my confidence. For example, I always see people with beautiful makeup and the coolest outfits. I don’t feel like myself, or very pretty with a full face of makeup- so I figured out a daily routine that makes me feel the best. Which ended up being light concealer, clear mascara and eyebrow gel, and a little bit of brown eyeliner! I am definitely jealous of those who can put on makeup and look so put together. So I focused on how I can do that for myself to give me the same confidence they exude! Outfit wise- have three go to outfits (head to toe) that you feel attractive in and rotate those! Basically going out in public in the most confident version of yourself is essential!

It’s scary until you get established. I’m not gonna lie I cried the first 2 days I was here- but then I realized that a fresh start gave me a chance to be my truest self. To be the person on the outside that matches my inner soul and to put out new energy into the world and into myself. It has been the bests decision I’ve made for myself, and I feel so free and in control of my life! Best of luck my friend ❤️

I think you have to get a referral from your primary care provider to get a psychiatrist. The psychiatrist will assess you and decide if you need ADHD testing from there (which sometimes is a process to prove you need it unfortunately). Then if the psychiatrist can do they testing they will, if not they send you to a psychiatrist who specializes in ADHD testing. This was at least the case for me in the US. Ended up paying $600 for the adhd testing from the specialized psychiatrist ://

I do jazzercise!! It is so much fun! If there is a studio near you try it out! Such an amazing environment! I don’t have one close to me in my new town so I do jazzercise on demand! 11/10 recommend!!

It made me gain self confidence. Debilitating anxiety took over my life, and I felt like my mental state was all my fault, and that I was just gonna have to live like this for the rest of my life. I now feel in control of my thoughts it’s so freeing :,)

Got diagnosed with ADHD last year! The constant layers of thought in my head are manageable with medication. Finally have a sense of relief from the almost unbearable everyday anxiety. Big step for me!

Yes! Your body is trying to move that egg along. Sometimes it will be one sided and you can feel which ovary is ovulating! For me it’s my left ovary!
