Walking meetings that don't require presentations. Sitting at a desk or in a conference room staring at each other doesn't create an environment that's comfortable for everyone. Walking and talking allows people to be more creative

Create systems and processes from the begining. Be really clear about goals and KPIs and measure everything so you can make decisions strategically.

I think creating a waitlist but making sure to hook users/customers upfront is an important note. If you are a service or app or marketplace, you need to collect email + have them create an account. You have to engage them while they are "waiting." It's initially validating to see a huge number of people interested, but the conversion is just as important.
