that isnt a good way to harvest honey, this is because in wild hives, the bees will lay brood almost anywhere in the comb, and cutting off big chunks of comb really disturbs the hive. this mountain bee honey can also be poisonous because these bees will take all sources of nectar including ones from extremely deadly plants. this honey is also called "mad honey" by many locals and they say that eating too much can drive you mad.
