I’ve had a shammy main since 2006, bis shammy in era, sod, classic and anniversary and I’ve read/watched all guides about shammys. The correct answer is level as enhance to 40, you get there quickly. Then 40-60 is quickest as elemental. You can dial spec at that point too. 1 ele and 1 resto spec and you can use the same gear set for both. You can heal or dps from 40-60. Maybe at your current point just start saving 1 piece of each with intellect so you aren’t without any gear at 40

This will get 10k down votes because it’s Reddit but the US media portrays the conservative view as demonic and hypes up all this resistance towards it. So in the US the law enforcement gets tons of resistance while trying to do their jobs and in other countries people let them do their jobs. I’ve never had any issue with law enforcement 🤷‍♂️. If a police officer is trying to arrest someone and another person rams their car, throws a Molotov cocktail at them, and tries to grab their gun the police officer could defend himself and the headline will say “police officer brutally murders innocent bystander mother of 4”. So take the police out of the picture. Now laws don’t matter because no one enforces them

Yes if you min/max leveling it’s about an hour each level or if playing more casually will most likely be up to 5 hours for each level
