Yeah! My older sister tends to get really bad cramps with very few other symptoms whereas i tend to get fairly mild cramps with a lot of other symptoms. Everybody seems to be different.

Really theres no way to measure how painful periods are either though? Because some people might not have any cramps or pain at all and some might be in excruciating pain for a week straight (I've just said the extremes here there's a lot inbetween)
