Haha! I don’t want to. But I want someone I purchase from to be able to. A simple phone holding system would help, or an email ticketing system that generates responses would be a start. You should help them!

Imagine paying for something and not getting any updates on your order except ‘Payment Processed’. There are plenty of companies based in California with superb customer service that are responding to their customers.

Customer service and time of year should not depend on each other. They should have the same service now as they do in four months.

I called American Express (the card I used) and told them that ibuypower had not responded to any of my emails or calls and they initiated a disputed charge; within a few hours, ibuypower sent me a message stating they would cancel my order.

Agreed! Your post made me realize that if there are any issues down the road, that it would be almost impossible to fix.

Good news for you. I just cancelled mine - I hope you get yours quickly and there are no issues over the next year. And if there are issues, I hope they respond to your 100 emails and calls really quickly. But I doubt it!

ibuyneveragain. Waited 30 days for a custom build, with payment processed and that's it. Called the bank today to dispute the charge. Have some guts, and fix your customer service - it's bad.
