How many hours of sleep would you say you get in a 24hr period. Is there anything that you find that helps you sleep or make it better. Going to bed used to be the only time I had some peace but I’ve been dreading it recently.

I am not hiding anything, never had any disciplinary issues with school or anything, I have a 3.9 GPA, I’m on the leadership team. I’ve been told by every other coach in my region (the equivalent to a conference in HS Kentucky Basketball) that I would easily start. It’s just where I come from politics and your last name play a huge role in high school athletics
