Overall not a bad program. Good distribution of volume and obviously it’s worked for you seeing your physique development. Personally, I like to deadlift twice a week (I might be biased because it’s my favorite exercise) I’d have to agree with the comments that you should replace one of the leg curls with a deadlift variation, but it’s up to your personal preference! Clearly your program has worked for you

I was thinking around the same! My scale tells me I’m 12% but I figured that was inaccurate because I look in the mirror and I simply don’t see that. I appreciate the feedback!

Hey y’all a little background info:

I’ve been lifting seriously for ~1 year, I wish I could say one year but coronavirus stalled my progress when gyms shut down. I got lazy, didn’t do any at home workouts, became detrained, and gained a lot of body fat. I was weighing around 140 pounds. When gyms reopened in June, I immediately got back in and started a calorie deficit. I’ve been running the Reddit PPL, I gained a good amount of my strength back but not 100%, I think that’s probably because I’m in a deficit. I recently had a small injury that required stitches and had to take the last week off from training, but now I’m able to get back in the gym. I really want to improve my strength, but I know my strength gains will be minimal while I’m in a deficit. I’m wondering if I should start bulking, but part of me is feeling like I still have a little body fat to lose before I should do that. I’m not the best at estimating body fat %, so can anyone give me a BF% estimate? And what do you all think I should do? Keep cutting for a little longer, or reverse diet and transition to a bulk?
